Gold Membership help
It's easy to become a Gold member on MiniMonos, and Gold membership gives you banana bunches of awesomeness! The first thing you need to do is get your parent's permission! And make sure your parents know how to contact us if they ever have any questions.
Once your parents agree for you to have a Gold membership, follow these simple steps:
- First, click on your monkey.
- Then, click the "I Want It!" or "Go Gold!" button on your profile.
- Now, choose a membership package that you want by clicking it.
- Finally, follow the steps shown to get your Gold membership!
Membership options
There are several different options for the type of membership you can get:
- You can get a monthly or six-monthly subscription. These are processed through Paypal and renew automatically every month. You can cancel the subscription anytime by logging into your Paypal account.
- You can buy a non-renewing, one-year membership with your credit card.
- U.S. monkeys! In the United States, you can use Zeevex cards to buy banana chips, shells, or a one-year membership to MiniMonos. Click here to find a store near you that sells Zeevex cards!
- UK monkeys! In the United Kingdom, you can buy one-month and six-month membership cards at Sainsbury's. Click here to find a Sainsbury's near you!
Whichever one you choose, we look forward to seeing you with a golden banana next to your monkey name!
Cancelling a Paypal membership
We will be very sorry to see you go! But if you choose to cancel a recurring MiniMonos Paypal membership, here's how to do it:
- Log into your Paypal account.
- Under the "My Account" tab, click on "Profile".
- From the Profile screen, under "Financial Information", click "My preapproved payments".
- Click on the link for the recurring payment to MiniMonos.
- Click "Cancel".
