Because I love my planet and I want to keep it clean!

We visited our local recycle centre and visted a sculpture which was made from lots of old electrical equpment. We recycled glass, plastic, clothes, paper/cardboard and some batteries. We also learnt that we can recycle some things by giving them to other people to use when we have finished with them e.g. clothes which don't fit us and toys which we are too old for. We can also recycle books by swapping them with friends! My brother and me made a Robot out of some left over cardboard boxes, plastic bottle lids, old buttons and some left over wrapping paper - this is to remind us to keep recycling!

I feel great! I am going to keep caring for my planet and I will share this with my friends at show and tell in school and with my Rainbow Group!
